Account Limitations

My account is limited because of my manually entering my customers payment information. I don’t always have my device to swap their cards. I’m a Faith Based Counselor and sometimes I get unexpected requests. Having my account on hold for 5-7 business days (or more according to the rather rude representative) is preventing me from accepting requests for counseling. I’m not going to take donations when I can’t even use my own account for days. I’ve been with PayPal for 16 years. I have an EIN on file. I don’t understand why I have to wait so long for my limitations to be removed when I haven’t done anything different than what I usually do.
