Account Limitations

Hey, has anyone encountered a permanent account Limitations without knowing why that is being done. My account has permanently been limited I can't receive or withdraw money yet I don't understand what I did wrong. My calls are being answered. What should I do.

Did you not get an email from paypal?

Did you read that email?

It normally says you can withdraw any funds post 180 days.

Sadly nothing you can do and paypal do not give you an actual reason.
