Following my first ebay sale over a month ago, my paypal account has been placed on temporary limitations. I responded immediately with the requirements and each requirement was subsequently marked 'subject to review'. This status is unchanged in over 4 weeks and I am wondering if this is a reasonable time to wait giving the current climate. I don't know of any other means of moving this forward without using this forum.
I have the same problem. They're asking for some private things the no credit card has asked for. I think paypal itself has been hacked. I spoke to someone and they said my standing with paypal was fine. NOT! Mine has been going on for about the same time.
