We are a Photography Club and have been using PayPal for years to see tickets to our annual slide show. We have a limitation set on our account until we supply PayPal with a Government document like tax return etc proving the identity of our club. We have no dealings with any Government or Government Agency so we cannot meet this requirement. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is so how did you get around it to remove the limitation? Thank you.
