So I had to come out of pocket since my money was held beacuse someone overpaid me , next thing I know it happpened again by accident so I have to come out of pocket again totaling $1000 while I have no access to the product they already recieved. How many times can this happen? Or what if I dont have 500$ to send again how would I get my money?
Seems like you got scammed and no payment was ever sent but were told by scammer payment was sent and was on hold. Do you see a record of payment in your PayPal account? Payments that PayPal hold are still shown in your account.
Scammers claim they ‘overpaid’. Real buyers very seldom claim this.
