I do not buy nor sell using PayPal, I use it to bi weekly get my salary from a US based company, two weeks a go I received an email about limitations and sent through proof of address and proof of identification, I am from South Africa. I received my salary on the 13 August and on the 14 August I received an email from PayPal about funds been held for 180 days and parting ways, I cannot get hold of anybody and all I receive is automated emails, please can anybody help.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Thank you kindly, appreciate your assistance, I have tried the contact us option it sends me automated messages and I have tried the fb option from the link you provided, they say they are not able to go into the specifics of my account but i will get a response from the emails, they may just be delayed...I will wait a while...the call centre just gives the COVID speech and not able to assit at the moment
