Account Access Limited?!

Why has my account access been limited for making too many false claims when this is not true and I have not made may at all. I think they are getting me confused with my sister.

Your account linking to your sister's is quite possible if your account information share enough similarities, ie, same billing address (you two live in same household).

Contact customer service for assistance about the false positive limitation placed on your account by their security system:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
