About Paypal email Confirmation in Account limitation!

in account limitations i have verified my email already, but this is still showing Resolve button in front of it. i have two verified emails. 

how long will it take to resolve it. and there is no Confirm button in front of emails either. 

and how long it will take them to confirm my ID , i provided to confirm my identity?
