My account has been in pending verification for 3 weeks now. All it says we'll get back to you after 2-3 Business Days and it's been 3 weeks. I already uploaded a proof of Identity (which is my passport) and proof of address (which is my utility bill) I don't know how will I contact them because I live in the Philippines and we don't have Paypal support here. I have this account since 2017 and never once had a problem. There's no email either and I can't file a case to resolution center since it will only allow you to file the previous transaction about payment. I have my money on paypal which has been a payment, I can't withdraw, bank transfer, send money. Basically nothing. I badly needed the money because my Midterm will be on October 26 and they won't let me have the exam if I won't be able to pay. Can someone please help me with this? I don't know where else to reach.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
