Says dispute is closed - but says it's still open? Money on hold now.
I disputed a charge, and paypal rejected my dispute. When I go to resolution centre, it says I have no open cases. However, when I look at the transaction itself, it says there is an open dispute associated with the transaction. The seller has now agreed to refund me but cannot because the transaction is now on hold. How can I close the dispute, if it claims to be closed when I go to the resolution centre? I don't trust this person and want to get this money quick. Help!
