2 month limitation and no response

I have been waiting 2 months, I have not gotten any email regarding the limitation and whenever I call about it they say that I will get it in 3 business days. I am calling, but am on hold again to talk to a customer service rep. Please respond, never have I experienced such bad communication from a business that prides itself on service.
