Wthrawal to Wife's Account Number

Hi, 

I withdrew money from my Paypal to my BPI account. Unfortunately, instead of putting in my BPI account number, I encoded my wife's BPI account number. After almost a week now, the money still has not appeared neither on my account nor my wife's account. Help please.
