Hi,
I've been calling since last week regarding my paypal account. I called because the money that was recently sent on my end was on hold. I called paypal and told me that the funds will be released on the 30th of the month without having to worry about it to be released in the 8th of July. Unfortunately the 30th came up and no fund was release so I called and spoke to another representative. Got **bleep** off since the representative told me that I could have gotten the hold remove as soon as possible since it was sent out on the 17th of June by asking the sender to approve it. It could have been released on an earlier date! Now, I have to wait for 3 days in order for that to be released again! Its still all the same! its like waiting on the 8th of july to be released. Customer support doesnt help me at all. Might as well use zoom for money transfers.
