Pay Pal Automatic $5 monthly payments I forgot to use Pay Pal any chance of $60 refund from Pay Pal?

Dear Community Forum:

I made a mistake.

I did $5 automatic monthly payment to Pay Pal.

I was busy attending to my mom who passed away.

Since then (One Year) I completely forgot about the $60 I spent for Pay Pal I never used.

Any chance of getting $60 refund from Pay Pal?

I do have 17 watches listed on Ebay as part of my mom's estate now.

I am really sorry to hear that you have lost your mother. 😞 

A few questions about the $60.00 that was automatically paid--was that for a subscription, or billing agreement to a particular company?  If this was for a subscription to a certain company, I would recommend contacting that merchant to see if they can assist with a refund.   You can get this information by following these steps:

Here’s how to view the status of your subscriptions:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
3. Click "My preapproved payments" under "Financial Information." (Don’t see this step? Follow the instructions below.)

OR

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click "Profile" near the top of the page.
3. Click "My money."
4. Click "Update" beside "My preapproved payments."
