I have been an Ebay and Paypal member for many years now...
I would like to sell an item.
I have never been able to sell an item because I can't seem to link Ebay with my PayPal account. I continue to get the following error message:
Error Message
Unable to use this PayPal account to set up monthly payments for your selling fees. Please try another PayPal account.
I have spent hours on the phone with both Ebay and Paypal... They each blame the other for the problem...
Anyone on here have an idea?
