MoneyPak refund fees

Hi!Can anyone please tell me when I'll get reimbursed for the fees of the card I purchased at CVS today?They ran a special that if you bought the card there,once you loaded your PayPal account,that the purchase fee would be put back into your account.But when I put the money in my account,no extra showed up yet...Any ideas?Thanks!
