I made a purchase on December 17 and used an ebay 10% coupon for it. The coupon shows up on the sale but not on my purchase price. Where is the 10% back to me?
Have you looked at the details of that transaction in paypal?
My guess is that itwill show that the source of that money you sent to the seller was $40 from your paypal account, and $3 from a "coupon" which means that $3 didn't come from your account, it came from Paypal's "coupon fund" or wherever that coupon money comes from.
