I won an auction & immediatly paid for item. Purchase history says "In progress". Now seller is messaging me that she will ship following payment. I already paid in full. Responded that my Paypal account shows "Funds transfered from bank" complete; & payment status as unclaimed. Seller just says it's not in their account. Should I forward them the receipt I was emailed showing completed transaction? Saw this question posted here several times, but never really saw an answer. Help!
