will my item arrive

hi all,i purchased a lifesized crow bust from fishpond.au as it was about £90 cheaper than anywhere else i could find it.this is pretty rare and ive been after it for quite a while.so i registered(with my email address) paid with paypal,got a payment invoice from them it would be shipped from a US supplier.although the site states free worldwide shipping with tracking.i paid 19.49aud for shipping(fair enough as its international) but when i queired delivery date was told item shipped directly to you from US without tracking!! now that got me kinda worried as the site states online tracking on all orders,AND it gives me a 5-8 week delivery time.not quite the 10days it states.tried to cancel but when i try to sign in site state not a valid email addres.

now i am worried as i joined got invoice and communicated with this email.sent two further email,and NO replies.

should i open a dispute it not recived or is it a bit early.paid on 12thsept.supposidly shipped 13th.its the non trackable this worrying me.

You have up to 45 days to file for item not received with paypal.

So don't let it go past day 44 and if not received then file a dispute > the seller then has another 20 days to get the item to you but i would not let it go past 19 days to escalate the dispute to a claim.

The seller then has another 10 days to prove with a tracking number that you have received your item or you should get a refund on day 11.

Just hope that if it does turn up it is not fake etc. However if it is misdescribed when it turns up contact paypal and they can change the dispute to one of received but not as described.

hi and thanks for your reply/advice.after finding a few forums with many disgruntled buyers regarding long deliveriy times (2mths) non arrival,cancelation of orders even though the item was supposedly shipped.i will try and contact them yet again

and give it over the weekend,if no reply i will file a dispute (they may respond hopefully) and as they have 20days to do so would take the total time to 5weeks since purchase.more than enough time to ship from the usa to uk in my opinion
