I have been trying to pay my ebay sellers $2.44, $3.38 and $1.99, Every time i try i get this error message

 

Unfortunately, we're unable to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

 

 

 

I have been trying to pay with my paypal balance, There is more than enough to cover it in my paypal over $1000.00 , I spent over an hour and 3 phone called on the phone to paypal who assured me that there was no problem with my account and no current limititations,  I still can not make payments They then proceeded to tell me it was an issue with the selllers account but 3 out of 3 of my ebay sellers is a bit hard to believe ?

 

 

I then tried to purchase an item at b&h photo which is not even involved with ebay and received the same error message

 

 

No one on the phone could give me an answer, Had enough and about to get 3 strikes for not payong even though it was not my fault

 

 

PLEASE FIX

Thanks for posting,

It sounds like these payments are being stopped by our security system. All payments made through PayPal are reviewed by our internal security system. The security system will stop a payment if it notices a pattern that we associate with higher-than-normal risk.

I can't give you more detailed information about why our security system has stopped your payment but there are some things that you can do that may help:

  • Try to send the payment at a later date
  • Try to send the payment using a different card/bank to fund the payment if possible
  • Add the money from your bank to your PayPal balance and then try sending the payment from there if possible
  • Get Verified: Add and confirm your bank account in your Wallet.
  • Ensure that you are logged in from secure private Wifi
  • If you are using a mobile device make sure that your location is switched on
