I have been trying to pay my ebay sellers $2.44, $3.38 and $1.99, Every time i try i get this error message Unfortunately, we're unable to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available). I have been trying to pay with my paypal balance, There is more than enough to cover it in my paypal over $1000.00 , I spent over an hour and 3 phone called on the phone to paypal who assured me that there was no problem with my account and no current limititations, I still can not make payments They then proceeded to tell me it was an issue with the selllers account but 3 out of 3 of my ebay sellers is a bit hard to believe ? I then tried to purchase an item at b&h photo which is not even involved with ebay and received the same error message No one on the phone could give me an answer, Had enough and about to get 3 strikes for not payong even though it was not my fault PLEASE FIX
