Hi I have had a refund on an item bought on E-bay The seller could no linger get the item and refunded to pay pal ...but its still in pending, I need the money to but=y the item elsewhere. Help
A seller can only issue a refund via funds in their paypal balance or an echeque. So if its an echeque it has to clear through from the sellers bank account > paypal > and then it is credited to you and the hold lifted.
