So i bought something on ebay with my paypal. but i donnt have any funds in my account so i have been told it will be taken out directly from my card. But my balance stayed the same when i checked. Does it usually take more than one day to process?
You never need funds in your paypal account balance to buy things, as long as you have a card linked it will take it directly from there.
Also when you pay a seller paypal will CREDIT them the funds and then paypal will take the wait for the funds to transfer from your funding source to paypal to reimburse them.
As long as the transaction is marked as completed in your paypal account then your seller has been paid.
