I reside in UK but also have home in Philippines
I went to pay for goods brought on lazada.com.ph
Yeahhhh they accept paypal
I went to purchase using paypal, logged in and got a message simular to this
"Sorry ut you cannot use paypal to pay for your purchases in this country"
Why is that...Ive googled and cant seem to find the answer
