Just had two orders come in, one international and one domestic and both were not charged shipping. I'm using Paypal shopping cart. Losing out on domestic shipping isn't that bad on a few orders, but international orders can get very expensive, as much as $25 on order. Does anyone know what's going on with the shipping not being charged to the customer?
