I made a purchase from a merchant and I used paypal to pay for it. My purchase showed up on paypal the way it was supposed to but on my credit card the amount billed was different. Also, the merchant said they issued me a refund for a defective product but when I signed into paypal I could not see a refund nor could I see the previous transactions. It was just blank like nothing ever went through. Could someone please help me understand this stuff, thanks.
