Refund help?

I recently paid for a product (using PayPal) with my Debit Visa. (It's a debit card that can also be used as a VISA to make online payments) and I got a fefund of the product. Where will this refund appear - my bank account or my PayPal account? Here are the transaction details:

I have the same note, but I'm having problems. An e-mail was sent to be by paypal about the refund of the seller for the out of stock items. However, I couldn't see the money in my paypal balance and in my bank account. where did the money went??? please help!
