how dose overdraft work (when you buy something via paypal with no money)

would someone be able to help? i was wondering how long you have to paypal back back like could it be every two weeks? and do you have to pay any exta than what you paid for the items you bought then you have no money in your acount?

U cant buy something if u have no money  in your ppal balance unless u link and verify  a card/bank to it.
