how do you explain this

there was some strange activity on my website recently, a user from this IP address 185.97.82.87, connected to my website from here https://admin.paypal.com/cgi-bin/admin?node=loaduserpage_home&account_number=xxxxxxxx&page_selector=... , and just created some fake account testtest922.

added some products to the shopping cart and went to checkout.
our security system had to remove this account.

could you please explain whats going on??

No idea, your best bet is to contact customer services.

I'm in the process of setting up an online store and also had this happen today.  I'm assuming it's PayPal checking that my site is what it says it is?
