I received a payment from USA in USD - last time there was no fee, this time there was a 4-5% fee - any ideas? Did the fees change from two years ago? Thank you

If you are in the UK and you receive an international payment there may be a cross border fee applied. Full details on the fees charged can be found here - https://goo.gl/5nIQ1s. If you open the "Details" section beside the received payment it will also show a breakdown of the fees charged on this payment.
