Was sending money to a friend who was going to buy me a wig (for medical reasons). I sent it from my Paypal balance as a "gift" to a hot mail address. Of course I had the wrong address and his actual email address is gmail. Is there a way to cancel this transaction? I don't even know if the hotmail address is a real email address - and if it is, who it belongs to (what if they take the money? I've emailed asking them to not accept the funds, but who knows?). I don't have any more money to send and I *really* need this wig.
