FOr reasons I won't go into, I don't - and won't - have a credit card. I have been trying all morning to pay a license renewal to PCPitstop using my PayPal account, which has more than enough on the balance, and I get "Add a credit card" under the PayPal logo in the purchase window. No option for "No thank you, please debit my pay pal account". I can either add a credit card I don't have, (The one they're looking for is a VERY old Wal-Mart green-Dot, which I no longer have) or "Cancel transaction" What's the deal PayPal?
