I tried buying somethng on Novatech and during one of Paypals loading screens (after I'd confirmed it) a text box appeared and told me that something went wrong and that my order had been cancelled.
It took the money from Paypal on the same day (the 2nd of October) and the money came out of my bank account on the 5th of October, however a week later and the money has not been refunded, how long do these things take?
