I wanted to make a purchase with the credit that I have. But when I made the purchase they took it out of my bank account instead of off the credit balance. Why did they do this and not tell me? When I made the purchase it said that it used PayPal Credit but when I got my bank statement it was on there? They say I have a credit line of over 400 left but for some reason they will not use the credit line, WHY? Please some help me with this confusion.
