I dont have either of these. I lost my wallet and would just like to access my money please. Its frustrating trying to buy food and it keeps asking for the same thing.

Some payments will require you to have a back up funding source on the account, this is incase the bank decline the funds to PayPal and you have an alternative method of payment.
