I want to pay Netflex US while living here in Canada only problem I have is they say I need a PayPal US account can I get one or any other. Please &thanks

Welcome to the boards!

You can sign up for a US based PayPal account if you maintain a residence in the US.  However, you'll only be able to ship to US based addresses in that event, and so, it may not work out for you with Netflix in any event.  They do have a Canada site,  but it seems to keep erroring out when I go to it
