error Partial number ....debit card

hello everyone

i new using paypal so please be patience,

well here is my case im sing up with paypal, im up my bank account, i get verifed ok, and finally soupose i get ready to shop online, when i try buy something at ebay they ask for a debit card number and csc? 3 digits etc.. it show me partial error or invalid debit or credit card, i was looking for info at internet but nothing help me so im here please help me.

i when profile and i try add a card it show only visa,mastercard or americas express never debit card? so what can i do?

please somebody help me out!!!

Welcome to the boards!

It sounds as if your seller has a setting on their account that requires a card on file.  If your debit card isn't Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, then it can't be registered as a card   You might consider reaching out to your seller to see if they're willing to accept the payment without a card on file.
