Hi, I am pretty sure I have reached my spending limit on paypal because when ever I try to send money I get this error,
"We can't send you're payemnt right now," and they tell you to contact customer support, but they're no help.
I don't have a bank account linked to my account so I have a spending limit, but if I don't have a bank account and I still have money on my paypal what do I do?
