Hi - I'm looking to raise a dispute against an item I bought via paypal which is not as described. On working through the paypal process I've managed to get as far as logging the transaction number but then it asked for "URL" details which I'm unsure of what it is or where to find it??

Cheers

Hi steffyoak,

The URL relates to the link to the website or advertisement were you purchased your item from. If you have purchased your item off eBay then we are unable to view any details of the item you purchased. In this situation we would ask for a link or URL to the listing/advertisement to help us make our decision.

I hope this helps and thanks for posting Smiley Happy

Thanks Paula

The query I have is that the seller is a registered ebayer & has a "shop" on Ebay from where I saw the item. Because I asked for the dress to be made slighty quicker than the usual timescales they asked for a premium of $20 on top of the purchase price & send me, via paypal, the total invoice whih I then paid via paypal

There wasn't an actual purchase made via Ebay & I don't have any separate website  details. The item can be identified via my ebay messages & watch list though - what can I do next please?
