Need to reopen a dispute

Hello,

I created a dispute 2 weeks ago because the seller took my $1500 dollars but never sent the item nor would they respond to emails.  About a week later I got an email saying I had closed the dispute - I did not.  I have no idea how it was closed.  I am still out my money and now it says I cannot reopen the dispute.

What option do I have to get my money back?  Also, this company needs to be cut from PayPal.  I have found several reports online of their fraudulent business practices.

Please help!

Did you escalate to a claim BEFORE 20 days of opening the dispute?

If you didn't it would 'time out' at 20 days and you would not be able to escalate or re-open it.

It was only open 7 days before it was closed.  The email said I closed it, but to my knowledge I did no such thing.
