My account is upgraded to premium, It is verified with a bank account, and I have a good ebay rating, and my Ebay is verified also. I have made 230$ in payments all from my bank account this month, and I have two more items 13$ each I need to pay for, but every time I try to pay it says "paypal cannot process this payment, choose another payment method or return to merchant." I have no idea why it is saying this becasue I have never seen it before and I have bought many times on ebay. Please help me I have people waiting to get payed!
