I was given £5 for my next purchase but when I paid for my purchase, the £5 wasn't deducted nor found any where in my account. Anyone has the same issue? I can't find an email address to check on this?!? Thanks!

If you received the email offering the £5 promotion to you please ensure you have clicked on the link in the email to claim the offer. Once you have successfully claimed the offer the £5 will automatically be applied to your purchase upon checkout.
