Error with payment

Hello,
Today I have tried countless times to purchase an unlimited subscription of AVS.
Changing browser didn't work.
I live in Belgium (if that is relevant).
I have a verified account and money on it. The last time I purchase something was in May 2013. Back then it went flawless.
Now, I have this error message everytime I try to pay.
--> Unfortunately we are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this moment. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).
Can someone help me, please?

Unfortunately no one here has access to user account details, you need to speak with customer support with your concerns.

I have contacted AskPayPal on twitter.
54 minutes ago I send them a DM. I got no answer. 15 minutes ago I send another (I also tweetet 2 times). I still didn't recieve an answer.
I feel like they don't want to help me. I will keep on with my patience.

On our twitter page we try to answer our messages as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. We do respond to all of our messages and apologies if it took longer than you expected.
