I've just bought an item on ebay. I can go through the payment process fine, but once I get to the button to comfirm payment, it gives me an "unable to complete request" error.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I  have been having exactly the same problem for the last 4 hours or so. In 6 years this has never happened before - I think it must be them, not us. Why does no one bother to explain what's going on?

It seems to be working now, my payment just went through.

I wish Paypal would have put a statement out.

Hey there guys,

In relation to your order, you need to contact the merchant directly.

They can log into their PayPal account and cancel or void the order. They need to do it on PayPal and not just the website.

I am going to contact the seller and tell them i need more time because i cannot pay for more than one item without having to wait for a 15min loading time at the confirmation stage of logging in to PAyPal.  Why?
