Didnt receive my Items that i bought on the 06 november 2011

On the 06 november 2011 i bought 3 items from an halloween decoration site. They where doing the transaction with paypal and i havent receive the stuff that i bought...:S

I did contact with the site with an email and i havent receive any answer yet...

What shoul i do?
