Conversion rate RIP OFF!!!

PayPal is ripping us off with their conversion rate for US to CAD funds. I have tried to speak with them and can not get pass CS. They will not even give me a contact at head office. What a bunch of con artists. They sure hide well!! The Canadian dollar is worth more than the US yet for a $1000US it is costing me about $50 to exchange to Canadian.  How do we go about getting someone attention to this rip off?

I totally agree. The Paypal conversion rate is an absolute RIP OFF and on that you pay more for the transfer fees!!
