PayPal Community

PayPal is ripping us off with their conversion rate for US to CAD funds. I have tried to speak with them and can not get pass CS. They will not even give me a contact at head office. What a bunch of con artists. They sure hide well!! The Canadian dollar is worth more than the US yet for a $1000US it is costing me about $50 to exchange to Canadian.  How do we go about getting someone attention to this rip off? ... View more

Is there anyone else that is frustrated by the high cost to exchange US funds into Canadian funds given that the two currencies are more or less at Par? It seems to me that not only is PayPal passing on the fee they get charged for currency exchange BUT they then add their own fee on top. Does anyone else see it this way? ... View more
