Is there anyone else that is frustrated by the high cost to exchange US funds into Canadian funds given that the two currencies are more or less at Par? It seems to me that not only is PayPal passing on the fee they get charged for currency exchange BUT they then add their own fee on top. Does anyone else see it this way?
