Seller asking to close the case in order for them to be able to print shippinh label. Is this true? are you able to print a shipping label with a case open?
Do not close claim. You will not be able to open it again and lose your dispute rights. And the seller knows this. IF they have not shipped you, they should have money or linked payment methods to their account to pay for postage. TBH, I would escalate to PayPal and have them step in to review the case and get your money back if you have not already done so.
I'm sorry that my question is not related to your post however Please help me, I believe someone has hacked my account and I want to cancel it immediately. I don't see any place on the PayPal site to cancel. I am only somewhat technically savvy and I'm older.
