Trying to create a Flat Rate Envelope for an APO, Army Europe address. Of course the Flat Rate does not provide for a weight input (not more than 70 lbs). A customs form is required and one of the fields is weight. The customs form weight does not agree with the Flat Rate parcel weight since there's no weight entry. I get a red box error that the customs form weight does not match the total package weight. Of course it will not since there is no entry for weight on a Flat Rate parcel. What am I missing?

Sorry, no. I took it to the post office and mailed from there. Cannot get any help with postal issues from PP. Since PirateShip is cheaper I’m using them now.
